Domaine de Saint Amand Rose

A beautifully crafted rose from the talented Sarah from her 3.5 hectare estate in Cadilac Bordeaux. Less than 5% of wine made in Bordeaux is rose, making this stunning organically farmed wine a real find. Light and refreshing but with a good fruit concentration makes this wine great with food or to be sipped by itself. Flavours of grapefruit, cherries, strawberry this wine will go with pretty much anything, from a bbq to a mixed cheese board and even some Asian dishes. Music pairing: Some nice summer vibes classic house, or a Sault album. 5 perhaps.
