Wines from the up-and-coming Premières Côtes de Bordeaux. Sarah makes sensational, certified-organic wines from just over 3 hectares on the Gironde, opposite Pessac-Léognan. They are full-flavoured yet fresh and inviting. White: a classic Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, aged briefly on the lees. The Sémillon adds body and richness, producing a medium-bodied wine with lively acidity and citrus and stone-fruit flavours. Ideal with grilled fish, Asian food or creamy white cheeses.
