Wines from the up-and-coming Premières Côtes de Bordeaux. Sarah makes sensational, certified-organic wines from just over 3 hectares on the Gironde, opposite Pessac-Léognan. They are full-flavoured yet fresh and inviting. Red: 80% Merlot, 20% Malbec - a generous, full-bodied wine with deep black and red-fruit notes (blackcurrant, plum), good acidity and firm tannins. Perfect with côte de bœuf or a Sunday roast beef.
