Domaine Purviti La Montee

Domaine Purviti wines from the Rhone Valley are hand harvested by the talented Ingrid Nueil. She follows Biodynamic practices and makes her wines naturally, not adding or taking out anything to allow for true terroir expression. La Montee, a blend of Syrah, Grenache and old-vine Carignan and small yields, this wine is a beautfully crafted expression of terroir, hand harvested with great care on limesone and clay soils, producing a wine with acidity and a savoury finish with soft tannins. Goes perfectly with a mixed grill or strawberry tart. Music pairing: Prince, Little red Corvette or any song from Sign o the Times
