Purviti White and Rosé Rhône Twin Pack

Purviti wines from the Rhone Valley are hand harvested by the talented Ingrid Nueil. She follows Biodynamic practices and makes her wines naturally, not adding or taking out anything to allow for true terroir expression. The wine is made with Grenache Blanc and Clairette, hand harvested and sorted in the cellar to ensure only the ripest and healthiest fruits are used to make these beautifully crafted wines. The white wine is from 1 hectare around 200m above sea level on stony soils, from only 30 hectolitres per hectare delivering a beautiful wine with good fruit concentration, acidity and balance offering notes of white flowers, pear, spice and herbs, with a slight pink hue which is unique for a white wine. The rose follows the same method and is from 1 hectare and a yield of 35 hl/h. Soils are stony and sandy marl delivering a refreshing yet concentrated wine with bright red fruits, good acidity and slight saline notes. Enjoy the white with grilled fish or roast chicken, and the rose at a BBQ or with a goats cheese salad.
