Purviti Terre d'Altitude Vinsobres is a juicy, characterful southern Rhône natural and biodynamic red with real lift and charm. Packed with dark berries, gentle spice and a touch of wild herb savouriness, it's bold enough to satisfy but fresh enough to stay seriously drinkable. Great with lamb koftas, grilled aubergine, or a smoky sausage cassoulet. Music pairing: brooding indie, blues-rock, or anything with a bit of swagger after dark. Early Zep perhaps.
