2023 Librares Blanco, Rioja Spain

A beautiful white Rioja, very under rated yet totally delicious. This wine, made by the Espinosa sisters offers a light yet flavoursome wine that will pair with most white meat and fish, a range of cheeses and salads. Tapas is of course the best pairing. Only 12% alcohol makes this wine a great lunch time sipper over a few snacks and sharing plates. Music pairing: Bowie all day long. Hunky Dory.
